Apt B Cons Summary: 1. Mold - made everything smell & caused headaches after 3 months - maintenance said they fixed, but the discoloration in apartment was visible & smell continued to progress. A number of clothing items kept in closet (adjacent to Laundry room) were lost to mold. I noticed upon move-in that apartment was freshly painted with a scented air-freshener in closet (which confused me at first, but made sense later). 2. Upstairs neighbors regularly moved furniture, vacummed, and dropped a heavy ball between 2am-5am. They would also cuss loudly throughout the day [people with kids beware]. - called management to complain, was told to track & call security each time - did so, but to no affect. - used rain sound machine without much luck - moved bed to living room in desperate nee

100% scam leases. Much more expensive and less quality than other apartments in the area. Laundry isn’t included and has gone up consistently every other month. Frequent power outages. Edit: staff unresponsive and are never onsite. They allow huge groups of college kids to live in single apartments and never enforce quiet hours with noise violations. These slumlords have raised rent every year I’ve lived here, including a 10% increase for a single mother. All out of greed. The place is falling apart both inside and out. Mold and unclean conditions are abundant. The laundry room was covered in human feces and the staff did nothing. There is still feces on of the washing machines. No hazmat, no cleaning crew. They just ran the machines without soap and left it to the tenants to deal with. Do

I’ve only just moved into San Lorenzo Apartments, but it’s already been great! The leasing team was incredibly welcoming, inviting, and accommodating throughout the application process, always quick to reply to emails and phone calls. Upon move-in the apartment was spotless, maintained, freshly painted, and ready to call home! I was welcomed by a member of the management team when I arrived who was pleasant and kind, and who explained the property and amenities to me. I love that this place is pet friendly, well maintained, and nicely landscaped. All of the neighbors (and pet neighbors) we have met so far are friendly, respectful, and kind! I have live here at sheridan apartments for almost 3 years and is a great place. They always respond to your maintenance request on time and very friendly and helpful staff. Also is like 5 mins from base so works perfectly for military people. Highly recommend, also you are walking distance from Walmart and Sams so is very convenient for groceries.

San Lorenzo apartments is a great place to live. The staff is quick to respond to any maintenance calls/issues. Neighbors are quiet and having a locked laundry room on site gives piece of mind when doing laundry. Great location- within walking distance to Boardwalk and Downtown. The parking lot and fence could use a little more privacy- come summer or tourist season, there is more foot traffic and non-residents parking in apartment parking lot.
