Sam is top notch, highly recommend! Made the whole process super easy for us as first time home buyers. Great communication, always quick to respond and the Sam app worked really well which kept us all on the same page. We looked at a lot of houses, and some houses multiple times. Very thorough debriefs of each house which was super helpful. When we found the right one he and his transaction coordinator acted really fast to get the offer in.
