I recently toured this community and fell in love!! Chantel, the leasing agent was AMAZING!! She was so sweet, bubbly, informative and really listened to my needs and concerns which I truly appreciated. This property is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz so if you like people watching, nice eateries, music and a selection of places to grab a cocktail this is where you want to be! I toured the studios last week and they were so nice. They didn't even feel like studios. The leasing lady Chantel was very sweet and went above and beyond for me. I am a college student and this community has everything my parents and I were hoping to find. There's a bus station nearby for class which is super helpful too. My family and I felt taken care of by her and everyone else was great.

I went in for a tour and the staff were very helpful when I walked in. They showed me around and they have lots of amenities. They have beautiful apartments. Again the staff were very professional and welcoming.
