San Juan Village

This place is great. All of the staff are super friendly. Melissa especially, is very caring and is always willing to work through situations if handled correctly. Perfect for any college student. I would say reasonably priced as well considering basically everything is included in the monthly rent.

I enjoy how the apartments are fully furnished with appliances and so on. It saves me money on not having to worry about that stuff. Maintenance here is also helpful with the fixing and advice on keeping things in working order. The assistants are also helpful in the process of moving in and so on. Living on your own can be stressful and scary since you don’t have your parents/guardians with you. In my case I believe that San Juan has helped me mature in terms of apartment living and the responsibilities that come with that.

Overall I would say that San Juan Village is the best place to live, it’s convenient because it’s right on campus, it comes furnished, One of the best parts about living here is the staff members, they seriously care about the residents living here and they’ll always put on special events to make the residents feel welcomed as well. Special shout out to Melissa Callaway who is the general manager there, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be living in San Juan village right now, Melissa goes above and beyond to make sure San Juan is a great place to live.

Just moved in last month move in was smoothly. The staff are nice and kind. When there maitnence issues they came in fast and fixed the issues. Also the area is pretty quiet hardly any loud noises. Big plus My dog Luna loves seeing new people so she also approves.

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The management is extremely unprofessional and regularly talks about tenants behind their backs—and if you happen to work there too, don't be surprised if you’re treated the same way. They do not take inspections seriously and are quick to place blame on tenants for maintenance issues that should have been handled before move-in. At move-out, expect to be charged for things that were already damaged or neglected when you arrived. Additionally, they knowingly hire inappropriate or unprofessional maintenance workers and continue to employ them despite complaints. Overall, the environment feels careless and disrespectful. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
