Expect to have a bunch of communication issues dealing with this company. I've been working with DShawn for a few weeks now. She sent me the wrong warranty deed, TWICE. Now that everything is said and done she sent me these 3 options to recieve my profit: 1 – it can be wired to your account for a fee of $30 which is just withheld from the amount 2 – if you have a local bank (WF, US Bank) we can deposit it for you 3 – I can overnight the check to you. I chose option 3! Two more business days pass by and I call the office wondering where my check is. It still hadn't even been mailed out yet!! I let her know that I would need to be updated on when it was supposed to be delivered. I told her the carrier's do not come to my specific apartment, they drop the letters off the leasing office.
