I was charged full rent a month after I had already moved out. This was a huge mistake on Vicki’s part and I didn’t get the money back until a month later. I also did not receive my security deposit until today (November 16th). I moved out on September 17th. This whole experience made October so stressful. I’m a college student and don’t have a lot of money to spare, so I had almost no money after she took that rent out of my account. If I didn’t have money in my savings account, I wouldn’t have been able to pay the rent at my new place. Vicki was unapologetic and rarely answered my texts or calls. I think she’s a very nice lady but is not able to keep up with all of the work she has to do. I did, however, like my landlord, Jimmy Jones.

I have worked with Vicki at Beacon for over six years. No hidden fees or ripping tenants (or landlords) off like Homespot! She is hard to get a hold of, but worth the wait to get things fixed correctly!

Their place of business was supposed to be open but wasn't even open. I called and I called and left voicemails and they didn't even have the decency to call me back. I was interested in a rental but not anymore. It goes to show what kind of business they run.

I've never rented from her but to be a friend of a tenant and get yelled at as I was shutting her front door to the house is a little outrageous to me she's very disrespectful and should learn how to approach people

This woman is like a slum lord. Do NOT rent from her. You will be stiffed your deposit, repairs will not be completed, and good luck getting her to respond. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!
