Our experience with San Juan homes in Colorado has been nothing but exceptional. From the beginning, their communication and up front transparency we have been so refreshing! We recently moved in to our San Juan home and it has great details (this was a spec home) that most spec home builders don’t add…soft close doors on the cabinets, beautiful wood accents, a live edge countertop, a heater/blower light in the bathroom for added warmth in the winter, a covered deck….just to name a few. The quality of everything in our home is clearly very nice and the stylish accents are so tasteful and “clean looking”. It’s a great mountain modern look that fits perfectly in Pagosa Springs, CO. We searched for a home in Pagosa Springs for several years when we met Erik at a spec house. Impressed by the quality of construction, we met with Erik and Coby, reviewed plans and decided to build a home. We explained what we wanted in style, and could not be happier with the finished property. Their attention to detail made our desire for a rustic look come to fruition.
