My wife and I contacted Marcie to help us sell our vacation condo in Pagosa Springs, CO. We were surprised at the number of viewings she quickly either arranged and/or monitored. We had an offer, near full asking price, within about a week. After minimal negotiation, she provided excellent advice (she was the seller’s agent) on how to negotiate the various pathways needed to finalize the sale. Totally professional, competent, and knowledgeable would be good descriptors. She went above and beyond, as we were from out of town when the closing was to occur. She went by before closing to retrieve a satellite receiver and the internet modem and send them back for us (we are 10 hours away).
