High Country Title & Escrow

High Country Title Has been servicing my loan for over 2 years now. To be honest I was frustrated and having some issues with the previous High Country staff, until they hired Jenny. She has been absolutely fantastic to do business with, I couldn't be more pleased. She is so professional, helpful and my business with HC has become stress free. Whenever I've had problems with the buyer she has gone above and beyond my expectations to help resolve any issues that arise. I have not used Jenny's for buying or selling real estate yet but when the time comes, she will defiantly be my agent.

Horrible company to have an Escrow account with. they will not send updated statement with balance even after requesting them. Then claim they send them out at the end of the month but I am constantly having to request them. even if I request them i rarely get them. We also found over $2000 in errors that had to be corrected a few years ago. If you are doing an escrow account I recommend you go elsewhere. This is a horrible place to work with.

They missed an outstanding tax payment and now there is a tax lien on my property. When I called them they made excuses and said we had to wait for the past owner to make the payment. 40 years of customer service taught me you fix your customers problem then you figure out how to recoup the cost or discipline the employee for the mistake. High Country has made their problem my problem. Thank goodness I caught this quickly or who knows what kind of issues I would have.
