This is the third time we've had to look for an apartment/condo since we lost everything to hurricane Ian so I can definitely say that Ive got experience with the process and I can also say that Lenor is one of the best that I have interacted with. He responds promptly, makes us feel like we are the most important thing he has going on, and most importantly is an extremely competent professional who knew exactly how the process would go, was accurate with his time-line and got my daughter and I into our apartment within a day, not days or weeks or longer, we're talking hours. We were in a huge time crunch due to another condo association "accidentally' rejecting our application before they turned around and accepted it and I highly doubt anyone besides Lenor could have gotten us moved in

Lenor Hernandez is a great property manager that always takes the time to make sure that all his residents and vendors are accommodated properly.

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns are always maintained beautifully. The property manager is wonderful and always very pleasant and helpful. Great location and close to everything!
