If you're selling your house and you see this as your buyers agent... you may want to decline the offer. While selling our home, Peyton was our buyers agent. He made the sale very exhausting. He continuously presented ultimatums of our buyers walking away to the point where we were ready to allow the sale to fall through at no fault to the buyers. Overall, the experience with Peyton left our memories of our home marred and stained due to such a stressful final transaction.
