I worked with Sam in order to purchase my first place and he was beyond helpful. I had no prior experience or knowledge of the home buying process and he step by step guided me through the process. Sam is amazing! I found him on a Google search, I was needing help with a partial release sale and was looking for an experienced realtor that was knowledgeable. From the initial conversation I knew he had dealt with this type of request and that I had found the right person to help us with such a complex sale. Sam worked side by side with my mortgage company through the process, and although our mortgage company denied the release (mortgage policy), Sam was able to offer alternative options that will allow the release of the partial parcel and continue with the sale. I also want to add how important it was for me to find someone who kept our best interest in mind!
