This is one of the worst managed property management companies I have ever had an experience with. The staff is extremely rude, they talk bad about their tenant behind their back ( they accidentally copied us on an email), they have made it such an uncomfortable to place to call home. Mark and Monica specifically are extremely rude people and should not have any roles that are customer service based or customer facing. Do yourself the favor and stay far far away from any properties they manage.

RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF !!! ever since they have stepped in to takeover the actual property & maintenance of the property has gone completely downhill what use to look like a nice apartment complex no longer does the they do not like to FIX OR UPGRADE anything and if they do it looks like a third grader did the job! one thing they will do is be sure to RAISE YOUR RENT BY 10% FAITHFULLY EVERY YEAR !!! It has been 2 months since my mother and I moved out of one of their Long Beach buildings. Let's start with the good. The property is well maintained and they do answer and do repairs very fast. Before Ray Roberts managed the property it was managed by a different company Belmont Brokerage, as soon as Ray Roberts took over they started increasing the rent every year. It might not be completely their fault more than the predatory housing market of today. If you rent here expect your rent to go up at least 10% on a yearly basis. The office staff isn't the friendliest or nicest but they are professional and decent enough. We’ve been with RRR for the past 5 years. Every time we submit a service request it’s completed quickly and the repair team are always friendly and considerate. Initially we were apprehensive as we had to pay a large security deposit given we had no credit score. If the rest is to go by, I feel optimistic about our departure. Reading the negative reviews they seem related to the application process which we had no issues with. Our rental relationship has been great. Had a bad experience with this company. After submitting our application, they told us that we should hear back within a week. A week passes, no answer. We kept calling them to get any updates and to let them know about our situation (we had a deadline to move out because our lease was up). Following week, we called again and Ruby told us that the property owner was not replying back to them due to the holidays, which was understandable . The week after the holidays, we call and it was the same excuse, but yet the holidays passed and it has been 3 weeks already when we were told it would take a week.
