I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience with this realtor, (LYNNETTE OBRYAN) whose actions reflected both a lack of professionalism and a troubling bias against VA buyers. From the outset, it was clear she either did not understand—or chose to dismiss—the basics of VA lending. She claimed she’d “never heard” of a VA loan covering $1.75 million, which is simply incorrect. The VA imposes no cap on loan amounts for qualified borrowers with full entitlement. That a licensed agent would express this misunderstanding is alarming and reflects either a lack of training or an attempt to discredit our legitimate offer.
