Toured Salt Grass several times as well as other areas in our hunt for a getaway in NW Florida. Kolter is far and above the competition in terms of quality of construction as all the important stuff is standard - not optional like the other builders. Drake was fantastic and extremely helpful in our decision making. Flexibility in structural options and finishes tied with the location sold us on Kolter. Looking forward to working with Kolter on our new home.
REALLY TURNED US OFF WITH THE DROP STEP OF THE SHOWER FLOORS, THATS INSANITY! ALS0 IN ONE OF THE MODELS THE RANGE HOOD WAS PROBABLY BELOW MY CHIN,WHERE AS I'M BUMPING MY HEAD ON THE VENT AND WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO SEE WHAT I'M COOKING. I AM ONLY 6'1,MY 5'4 WIFE EVEN FOUND IT UNCOMFORTABLE! DRAKE YOUR SALESMAN DID A GREAT JOB SHOWING THE REST OF A BEAUTIFUL HOME.
