Setco was fantastic for closing. They communicated extremely well and made sure we were able to close on the day requested. Maureen was so helpful and made the process seamless. I would recommend using them to anyone.

We made an out of state purchase and Cody with Setco was fantastic. He made the entire process smooth and easy. All of their documentation was easy to follow, everything was able to be completed digitally, emails were responded to quickly, and Cody answered the phone every time I had a question. What more can you ask for. If we ever make another purchase in the panhandle we will be using them again.
