FirstService Residential Panama City Beach

I have been visiting PCB as a snowbird for 10 years and staying at the Boardwalk Beach Condos for that period. This year the condo common areas are the cleanest and most well kept of any of my stays. Additionally, Shana Wasdon, the cleaner I see working so hard every day, is courteous and outgoing...always ready with a greeting and asking after my well being. It's made my multi-month stay so pleasant this year (2025-26)

Great customer service by both Gracee and Briana. My wife and I just purchased a condo in Horizons South and both these ladies went above and beyond in welcoming us to the property. They each provided us with needed information in very positive manner. Thank you both for a wonderful experience.

Shana W was cleaning at the condo we stayed at the Boardwalk in PCB. Our unit was clean and the entry way and lobby sparkled. The carpets were always freshly vacuumed, no fingerprints on the elevator doors, and you smelled the clean rather than the mustiness that many Oceanside properties have. Impressed and I let Shana know that her commitment to doing a good job was evident.

5 STARS all the way, no reservation. Gracee and Briana have help me so much every time we have a conversation . I have had so many question over thre past year. As an owner and living so far away. Great knowing that HZ has so wonderful staff. Happy Owner!

This is a great restaurant, food is good service is OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend this for an easy laid back place. Jill our server was very friendly and on the ball, order was done right drinks were served as ordered. Even Patty the hostess was very friendly and had us a great table for us.
