Salt Fork Apartments

I'm a current resident after living in a house in the country for 20 years, so this was a big adjustment, but my kids and I enjoy it. We feel very safe, and the other residents I've met are friendly and kind. The location is great, though when the winds get crazy, the fields really blow up the dust, and it covers nearly every surface (it is Amarillo, after all). I haven't used the gym much. It's small, but not very busy and has quite a few machines and equipment. The pool is a little small and not very deep, but it's usually well kept up and fun for the kids. My only complaint is when the adults take over and get drunk and a little too frisky when kids are around - it's gotten pretty uncomfortable a few times. The grounds are well maintained with lawn service coming once a week from spring

We lived there 3 years and never had any issues. All of the office staff was excellent. Maintenance man took care of any issues right away. Definitely recommend, especially with the perks of the volleyball net, the pool, and the gym.

Resident below me has a dog that poops in front of my door ,barks constantly, Chased me was running and screaming.Reported all of the complaints to office. Assistant stated she talked to resident about the dog chasing me ,she stated she was told a different story. Don’t like being called a liar.Last compliant was November 17,2025

The management is very easy to work with and very helpful. I genuinely enjoy this place a lot especially for a first time mover.

Terrible place. Horrible to work with. Never fix anything and the appartments are trashed. Terrible front office and terrible management. Do not recommend what so ever
