I told Cory what I wanted to get a smaller place with no mortgage because I was retiring. When the condo I picked had foundation problems he didn't give up. He got the work negotiated into the contract and made sure the work was done before closing. The timing between selling my old place and moving into the new one was smooth. I'm mortgage free and I genuinely couldn't be happier about how this went.
