It's been a pleasure to work with Ivory Homes on their clubhouse at Overland. One of the most respectful clients we've worked with to date.
Nice and open, very nice club house and park.
We looked very seriously at building with Ivory, but the sales people there almost NEVER followed up with us despite multiple attempts to contact them (maybe 2 out of 10 attempts we heard back from them). Why would we want to build with someone when we have to be the ones to push to get any kind of information? So unhelpful.
Ivory built us a beautiful home and much quicker than other builders. Chase was the builder’s agent that we worked with. He was easy to work with and very helpful.
Great tour of a model home...seems like a reasonable price given the current market
