Management it’s so so bad. Big pot holes all over the complex that had never be fix in the two years I’ve been here. The dumpster is overflowing every single week, which probably people from other neighborhoods come and toss their trash in the dumpster. Even tho the community is mainly quiet, cops are here often dealing with something. Maintenance guys are nice but they don’t do a good job when it comes to fixing stuff, so I had to had them over several times for the same issue. Management has A LOT to improve.

Tired of this place I wish I can give ZERO stars I have been here since March water has now gone 4 times since I been here I have a child and I need water also they did not give us any notice and when u call management on a Sunday u can't get to no one I felt like I made a wrong move by moving here it's soo much I can go down the list with these people or new management

Bad customer service They never fix anything A lot of mice, a lot of roach The mice eat in the carpet walking around you when you sleep it’s very dangerous for kids. 👎👎

HORRIBLE service! We had to call SIX times for them to fix our roof. They could not fix the problem. The cheaply tried to fix the problem each time until it literally rained in our apartment. The contractors left a mess in our sink and it stained the sink. Not only that, they painted our personal property and did not replace it. The left paint chips in my dogs food and dog bowl. They painted our furniture, and did not care to fix their mess. We asked numerous times for help and they just kept cheaply trying to fix the problem. When our apartment was unlivable, they would not put us anywhere. We had to figure it out on our own. Every summer our AC did not work. There are numerous things wrong with this place. When we finally wanted to move out, they charged us a cleaning fee of $100 eve

Make sure your life is 100% figured out and perfect before moving here. God forbid you have a rough patch, they give you 2 months before your lease is up to say you cant sign before throwing you and your baby out in the street. Heartless, and no empathy during a pandemic when everyone is struggling. Have fun sleeping in your warm beds Salem Village team and I wish my life was as perfect as yours.
