Unfortunately, I had to contact the office last week. The person in charge of the apartment management seems to believe they have built a personal empire and sees themselves as its ruler. You are paid to provide a service, not to put on a show. Either do your job properly or find another one if you're unhappy. If you have personal issues, keep them out of the workplace—be professional. I don't know who is responsible for hiring, but they have made a serious mistake in management. If the owner sees this, they should either address the employee’s behavior or remind them to leave their personal ego out of work.It has no place in a professional environment!
