Timbers Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. Hats off to Greg who did an awesome job on our bathroom. Thank you Greg. The Manager Ryan is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is kept clean.

The Timbers is a great place to live. The location is far enough from downtown that it isn't bothered by the traffic going to the national parks. And still it has public transportation to Jackson hole mountain resort within a 5 minute walk. Specially last winter with the" south" bus routes. The property is in great condition, grass lawns are expertly groomed . It feels like a very safe place with children playing wherever they please. At night there is no shortage of lights for safe travels.

Unfortunately my google name is Eric Cartman - makes it difficult to make a serious review I moved out of state to Jackson a few years ago - the only place I found available was The Timbers - what made it perfect is it's a very dog friendly community. Very few places out here openly allow you to have a dog. Dog owners are respectful and responsible. Ryan made it a very easy process even out of state to move here. We were really nervous having never been to Jackson or Wyoming - but Ryan made us feel comfortable. Once a 1 bedroom opened up - my wife and I decided to move into that - we loved it but tried to find a slightly "cheaper option" in another area nearby. That was a mistake. You get what you pay for. The Timbers is a great place to live. Centrally located in town but far enough away from the square to not be a zoo. Ryan and Greg are both great at what they do and actually care about the property. As a result, everything is well maintained, from the apartments to the landscaping to the parking lots. If you are lucky enough to get an apartment here you will not regret it.

Ryan and Greg are the best! The most easy to talk to, understanding, and helpful landlords I have ever had. They even helped look for my dog when he ran away :) They are always so friendly, greet every tenant by name, and are quick to respond to questions/concern. 10/10 recommend living here!
