With Sheryl as manager, she has kept Aspen Meadow Apartments charming, and in addition she creates an atmosphere of family. Over the years I have known her. And I do not sense her motivation is unreal. What an awesome place to rent!

We absolutely love it here! The whole move-in process was easy and straightforward. Sheryl is a great communicator and meticulous with details and instructions! The community is stunning well kept and tranquil, and if anything needs to be addressed in the unit Trevor is always kind and excellent at responding super fast. We are very happy here!!

It was a great experience. We met with Manager Sheryl Newton. Sheryl is a great person and a great personality. She explained everything to me and my girlfriend in a clear way with her very sweet language. And she helped us with everything so that we could find housing. We got answers to all our questions. She guided and helped us step by step as we filled out all the forms. The best community manager we've seen in Jackson.

Finding housing in Jackson is struggling game and this place makes profit from it. Affordable is a joke! GET A ROOM in a shared apartment and you will have SO MUCH MORE PRIVACY than in those mini studios apartment. You will hear everything from outside or neighbors and even more from the stairs. I VACATED THE APARTMENT 45 DAYS AGO AND STILL WAITING MY SECURE DEPOSIT. I’m about to start a demand against them from unfair charge $500 for painting what was normal wear and tear and it’s not explained or stated in the contract. SAVE SOME MONEY, DON’T RENT HERE

I’ve had such a great experience thanks to Sheryl! She’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help with something, she’s gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It makes a huge difference when management is this attentive and kind—definitely one of the best parts of living here!
