Saarman Construction has done work for me as a real estate developer on big renovation jobs and a small kitchen remodel and every single time it is with incredible professionalism, integrity, honesty, diligence and attention to every detail. Recently they did a kitchen remodel of an old home and worked to suggest options for reducing costs by bringing in others to do non specific things (like demo) and also sent a very construction professional to lead the job. Saarman Construction did a fantastic job with the waterproofing project in our condo’s garage. From the very beginning, they were professional, courteous, and really considerate of us as residents. What I appreciated most was how mindful they were about minimizing the impact to our community. Living in a building during a renovation can sometimes be tough, but they went out of their way to keep things as clean and manageable as possible. I have worked with Megan Mutimer on projects and she has been amazing. She shows the clients her undivided attention and cares about their concerns.
