Our experience with S Gerald Musser Builder LLC has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the team, led by Linford Musser, helped guide and advise us through multiple design options until we found the perfect plan for our vacation home. The entire construction process went as smoothly and perfectly as we could have imagined. This is the third house we've built, but the first with Musser. It was, hands down, the best experience that we’ve had. From our first meeting with Linford, through all of the plan changes, determining the perfect location for the house on the lot, the upgrades, and the myriad conversations we had throughout, the team at Musser Builders went above and beyond. Had a fantastic experience building with Linford. Building a home can be very stressful from the standpoint that there are thousands of decisions to be made, but Linford and his crew were flexible with our many changes throughout the process. We love how everything turned out and are thankful for a quality build on our dream home. If I had to nit pick on one thing, my only complaint is the painting. Drywall was only spray finished, which I would have expected a custom build to be back rolled. Overall though very pleased and would recommend them to anyone building a home. Fair on pricing, and you won’t be disappointed.
