It is never pleasant to give one star because obviously that means that the experience was regrettable, distasteful, and all around not good. It's especially unfortunate for me because I actually bought a home from them. So shopper beware; find another seller. Customer service was dreadful. It was unpleasant to call into the office because of the unprofessional behavior of the person answering their phones. There is no demonstration of caring about concerns, questions, needs of the home buyer. The underlying theme of their work is - do the minimal, get the sell/money and then get rid of the bother that this buyer is to us by buying a home. I would not have them build me a bird house, bunch of hacks!!! Worst experience ever to complete a home with the most absolute unprofessional and inexperienced crew ever. We had to hire our own engineer to complete and do most of our own work. Took forever to complete and still have many issues we must correct. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!!!

The hours are incorrect. I got there at 4:40. She made sure I knew they were closing at 5 instead of staying late and possibly selling a home.
