Kelly Homes installed 9 new windows, a new side garage door and new French doors with the blinds between the glass. Then we had the sidewalk replaced with stamped concrete prior to Ryan adding a front porch. His team are extremely professional and the work is outstanding. I would highly recommend Ryan.

Ryan Kelly and his team did a fantastic job for us. We asked them to remodel the original bathroom in our home, which was built in 1925. This included moving walls and redesigning adnr rebuilding virtually every aspect of the bathroom -- plumbing, electric, tiles. Ryan made so many helpful suggestions in the design phase, including taking out the radiator and adding heated flooring. The whoe team was so patient and creative as they encountered one old house challenge after another, including concrete under the floor! They rebuilt the entire room, except for the original tub. Their work is top notch; their craftsmanship and care is exceptional. Kelly Homes & Remodeling is a wonderful company to chose for any home project! Ryan and his team came out to do our roof on the house and shed, as well as change 3 skylights. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Ryan's communication was very helpful as he shared his opinion on what shingles would work best, and provided recommendations of what color gutters to go with. It was great to work with a team that was so helpful and also really hard workers. In addition, the gutter company they work with is incredible. Joe put our gutters up and he must be the best around. It all looks beautiful! Anyone looking for a roof, you found the right place to go as you can truly trust Ryan.

Ryan and his entire crew were great to work with. We wanted a section of large wrap around porch converted into a master bedroom, which I was not sure could be done. He and his team made it happen, and exceeded expectations. Whenever there was a hurdle, Ryan would call immediately with options to overcome in a timely and cost conscience manner.
