S. A. Jones Construction

The experience we had while our home was being built by Scott Jones Construction and his staff was not just unprofessional, but very difficult and unpleasant. From the moment we broke ground to the day of closing ( 10 ) months, was a roller coaster of many downs and many untruths told by Scott Jones himself. We personally can not and would not recommend S. A Jones Construction Company to anyone planning to construct a home. Do your homework before you choose a contractor.

Run fast. Scott is very unprofessional, lies lies and more lies. Argues with his own contract he wrote. Doesn’t pay subs half the time so they stop working until they get money. Just hire someone else.

Hired to install tile showers and build a bedroom addition. We ran into one issue after another. A three week job ended up taking over three months. Ordered the shower head assembly for the downstairs bathroom at the beginning and still ended up getting the wrong ones because they weren't ordered until two months later. Felt like we were constantly being led on as far as the timing of completion. The door on the upstairs shower allows a ton of water to run under it. Some other issues as well. Not the quality of work you would expect for paying a professional. Ended up costing us a ton of money on our refinance.

I highly recommend S.A. Jones for all remolding jobs in your home and the custom built homes are top notch work. Their Customer Service is always friendly and helpful, the staff goes out of their way to make sure you (the client) are satisfied. Very Impressed.;

June of 2023 my house was hit by a tornado, and I contacted S.A. Jones Construction about repairing my house, I was well pleased with the work and they did everything I was looking for and more, I can’t thank them enough!!
