Took a thousand dollars from us after we moved out because they had water leaking issues behind a wall that they never fixed. They blamed us for the damage. I had text messages showing them the issues and explaining to them it needed fixed. All of it was disregarded leaving us with a botched shower and bathroom. Never in my life would I rent from them again. This was one of the worst renting experiences I had. Wish I still had the photos but sadly are on an old phone. Needed to buy a house so I just took the loss and paid the money. I know this has to happen frequently with this company as we were good normal tenants.
