Ryan Homes at Whitewood Village

DO NOT BUY! These cheaply made homes! Especially in the whitewood village. This community is propane only. Your heating bill during winter will be crazy high. Mine is around $550. Overall cheaply made, they do lazy job of putting the house faster and making their profit out of it. The inspection was done horribly through FaceTime ! IF YOU WERE TO BUY please have an independent inspector come and CHECK everything! I have had so many issues since I moved in this community! There warranty is absolutely useless. I had a plumbing issue the first day I moved in.

I was there at the model home today and absolute loved the home. Stephanie helped me walkthrough all the details. She was very helpful and patient answered all our questions. I had a very good experience with her when compared to other representatives. I highly recommend her to all first time home buyers. As first time home owners, we had a great experience with Kristen and Marc from Ryan Homes. They were both professional, genuine, easy to communicate with and always available for questions. They spent time with us to answer all our questions and look at all our options - we never felt rushed or hustled. We were very nervous about the process, but it couldn't have gone smoother for our new Bethany home. Clayton, our construction project manager, gave us weekly updates with pictures when the home was being built. He also was very professional, genuine and always available when we had a question - he would respond extremely fast to any texts/questions. Since when do you need an appt to look at the model house. The agent on site opened the door like he lived there. No smile! Can I help you like we were bothering him. Never seen anything like this!! He didn’t let us come in either.

We have very good experience and good communications with Kristen Stainback and Marc Solda. We had our first appointment with Marc and he spent ample time with us. We decided to put a hold on our home because we felt very comfortable with Marc. Kristen is very helpful going through all the options available. She is very patience and able to answer all of our questions. We finally signed the Purchase Agreement on our Bethany model home, because we know that Ryan Homes has professional staff like Marc and Kristen that we can trust. Thank You.
