Ryan Homes at Highlands of Peppers Creek

I have recently purchased a home in the Highlands of Peppers Creek in Dagsboro, Delaware. I have had a wonderful experience so far! From my very first meeting with the sales representative, Kerry C., to my preconstruction meeting with project manager, Sean R., things have moved along smoothly and on time. Sean gives me a weekly update on the "construction journey" and Kerry has always been attentive to my questions along the way. I chose the NVR mortgage group as well. I've been working closely with Kelsey E who has provided a timeline for my documents to be submitted and is always willing to answer any of my questions. Went to see the model. Currently living in a Ryan Home so felt confident with the quality, features and benefits. Door was open so we walked in and was greeted with a great deal of hostility. 2 associates available who could have shown us around the model. One was on a phone call the other just sitting there apparently doing nothing or maybe listening in on the call. We were told they didn't officially open until the next morning and we were then, quite directly, told to leave and come back tomorrow. We explained we drove 3 hours to see the model. We did see an advertisement with the model photo and ads saying they were now open for showings. No where did it say it wasn't open until the next day. Our experience with Ryan Homes has been nothing less than awesome! We have felt like a partner all along the process from selecting the design to following all the steps in construction. It has been truly a great experience working with Sean and we look forward to moving into out new home!

We have had the best experience from picking out our lot and home with Kerri to watching the building process with Sean. Even the new lender Jennifer has been fantastic.
