Working with 4 Shore Homes was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When we first met with them, we knew what we wanted and thankfully they had a model for sale at the time that fit our wants & needs perfectly! The staff is amazing! Tom & Melissa are literally the best , communication was always a breeze, they’re very straightforward, no beating around the bush. I’ve had experiences with builders in the past where you feel like you’re being cheated out of money but that was NEVER EVER EVER the case with 4 Shore. I love my home. It's been 5.5 years since I had my home built and I have not had any issues. I still consider Tom, my builder, someone I could call up with questions about my house. I'm so incredibly happy with my decision to go with a modular home and more specifically, this company.

We've lived in our home 2 and one-half years and love it. Jeannie was great (now retired) and the follow-up on issues were dealt with promptly to make our home just right. BUT! We recently had a cheap plastic valve pop on a water line and incurred over $30,000 in damage. My plumber was looking at something last week and found another cheap valve. I've had him go through the entire house and replace them all. I asked Tom if 4 Shore could cover my deductible and he flatly said the warranty was for one year. Sorry. Disappointing. If you have one of these homes, call your plumber and replace these valves. Also, to keep the home affordable, they install the least expensive appliances, hot water heater, HVAC, etc. You may want to pay to upgrade to better quality items that cost less t

Tom,the owner of 4 Shore Homes has patiently put up with us for years. My wife and I would stop in every so often and look over the models and discuss options. 4 Shore was not the only modular home dealer that we would visit. 4 Shore Homes was the only one we kept coming back to though. We researched many modular builders and dealers before we were ready. We found that Penn West Homes sold through 4 Shore Homes had the best homes for us.
