I very particular when it comes to my Fenwick Island home, and will admit to be being demanding! Fortress has maintained my home to a very high standard over these many years. In watching our home for 15 years during the winter, Fortress not only let us down, but actually caused a huge ongoing water problem due to negligence winterizing our house. They then sent a plumber who messed things up more by using undersized pipe. Fortress (aka Patty) has demonstrated in our case, that she wont be there for you. Do not trust this company under any circumstances, we were burned and so likely will others be. Integrity is a must, and in our experience its not a value shared by Patty / Fortress.

Fortress has watched over and maintained the family beach house in Bethany Beach for many years. As the manager of the property for an extended family I cannot imagine working with another company. Fortress is positively the easiest, most efficient, most effective home watch and home maintenance company out there. They have NEVER failed to deliver on any request including some off-the-wall ones from family members. Communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and highest quality all apply to Fortress.
