My experience with Ryan Homes at French Park has been extremely disappointing . Shortly after I paid my deposit, the base price of the Cadence homes were reduced by $20,000. I reached out to them multiple times over the course of **three months**, asking for a price adjustment. Despite my good faith efforts, they refused to adjust my contract and gave me a $5,000 credit, even though other buyers were getting the lower pricing, meaning I would be entering the home with negative equity.Today they do not even offer the Cadence which was the largest unit. Due to personal circumstances, I had to withdraw from the contract and requested a return of my deposit — they refused. I had also paid money to lock an interest rate for four months, but never signed the required disclosure. Still, Ryan Hom

I am in the process of purchasing a townhome. Stephanie and Marysol have been amazing during this process. They are available to answer any questions; they have been extremely responsive and attentive. This process has been wonderful so far. My home has just started to be built, and working with Lee has been easy and informative. I am excited to move in and highly recommend Ryan Homes.

Timothy and Marysol made our process so easy both of them deserves a rise lol 😆 they were both very informative when it came walking us through the process. They’re truly the best hands down Ryan Home Organization surely pick the best team.

Worst experience, they speak very rude and no respect to home buyers. Their build quality is very poor.
