Buyer beware! This has been a nightmare since day one. I bought this property from them little did I know it was a vacant property rehab without proper permits. The city has been putting notices on my door for a year. Ruth and Orlando promised to take care of it needless to say they haven’t. The HVAC system is a joke. They sent someone to put a patch on a bigger problem needles to say I didn’t have heat most of last winter. They need to replace the unit because it’s been a problem from the beginning. What should have been a dream has been an ongoing nightmare. Here it is another year later and the horror continues! These hustlers sold me a house with no permits! No use of occupancy !!!! No final inspection!!!!!! Beware of these crooks! They look like nice people but they aren’t. I wish I
