Very informative! Smooth leasing ! I’m new to the area and feel at home already. They were very helpful , they insured that the leasing sign on process was hassle free. I love my apartment ! The renovation looks amazing ! NEW BATHROOM, NEW FLOORS , NEW KITCHEN !

I would love to say that the new management has been a pleasure to work with. Omar has been very helpful at getting things done in a timely manner, because the last management team didn’t care at all. I’ve been here for almost 6yrs and things have really changed for the better. And when Omar isn’t able to help, I’m glad he has Michelle to assist him because she’s friendly, sociable, and kind. Overall I’m happy with the new management.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. I have managed to see two different managements since moving in and From the very beginning of this new management , the staff has been professional, responsive, and truly caring. I especially want to highlight Ms. Mishael !!- she has been absolutely AMAZING!!!. She is so kind, and warm, and understanding, and she genuinely takes the time to listen and help with any concerns that I have with my units Any time I’ve had an issue, she made sure ut was handled quickly and efficiently. Her response time has been impressive, since I first got the pleasure to meet here and that level of attention really makes a difference being a resident . It’s comforting to know that management hires staff that actually cares about the residents

I’ve had a very positive experience at Capitol Square Apartments. The management team is attentive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly, and the property is kept clean and orderly. Great community overall.😊☺️

Pratum Companies is exactly what Capital Square needed. Omar is on top of everything and very efficient. He’s so kind and caring and does what he says he will do! Since they’ve come in April 2025, our grounds maintenance has been superb, no more overflowing trash cans. Ray is an awesome maintenance manager! He comes when he says he will and will always let you know if he can’t. We are lucky to have them! Claudia is also the sweetest regional manager I’ve ever encountered. I pray The Lord continues to bless them and use them to bless others 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️ I love them so much 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️
