Artisan 4100

I lived in this building from 2020–2022 as one of its first residents and had a genuinely positive experience. Because of that, when I moved back to DC after several years in the Midwest, I chose to return. Unfortunately, this experience has been night and day compared to my first time here. Leading up to signing my lease and moving in, the office was responsive and helpful. After move-in, communication has been extremely difficult. Emails often go unanswered, and I’ve had to physically go to the leasing office multiple times just to get follow-ups on outstanding issues. When I moved in, my unit had been used to store furniture for the model apartment. I was assured everything would be cleared out and the apartment would be fully touched up before my arrival. Steven was so polite, and professional. I was running almost half hour late, for my appointment to view this amazing property. he waited for me made it possible to keep my appointment! I loved the property clean, quiet space, the apartment he showed me was ready for move in. The prices were very reasonable and had great amenities on the property! I am in the process of applying I hope to be a future resident at this property 10/10 I do recommend!!!!

Shout out to the management and maintenance staff at the Artisan. The figured out my drywall situation and pushed forward until it was resolved. Going on year 4 here. I have to say problem solving is a team effort, and they always deliver! Kim
