I wasn't impressed. There were signs advertising the price starts at $300k, that was far from the truth. All the bedroom were on the same side which mean no privacy. The four bedroom had a bedroom downstairs which was convenient, but the 2 and 3 bedroom was upstairs which isn't convenient for seniors. HOA was expensive also..
