Martha is the absolute best!!! Toured with her today and she was not only knowledgeable, but transparent, warm, welcoming, kind, and funny! I’ve never written a review before, but I just had to for Martha. Best customer service ever. She made me feel right at home. So much so, that I signed the application right after the tour! Amano feels like home from the second you walk into the clubhouse. I am so excited to move!

Last month I walked in to Amano, the property is Just an amazing place by far. I met leasing manager Martha, she’s professional, attention to detail in all aspects. Martha made such a tremendous effort to help me choose a unit and get me moved in right away. I highly recommend this property, the apts are spacious and modern, I love living here.

I had a wonderful experience touring Amano. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Martha did an excellent job showing me around the property, showing me all the wonderful amenities, which included free coffee, refreshments, adult beverages, free use of the clubhouse, and so much more. She was warm, knowledgeable, and truly made us feel at home. I truly enjoyed learning more about the community and hearing about the various community events that bring residents together. I also truly appreciated Martha inviting me to come back and bring my family, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and sincere. I recently took a tour with Martha  as I’m planning to relocate to the Murrieta area, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment the tour started, Martha was incredibly informative, thorough, and genuinely kind. She answered all of my questions with so much knowledge and made the entire experience fun, easy, and exciting. Hotel living in the “Gem of the Valley” Murrieta! From the moment I saw Amano online I knew this was the place for me. I was moving from out of state so I had to lean on the leasing office for help. Martha was so helpful! She was always a phone call or email away for questions or help. She made the entire process so smooth. The entire office staff are friendly and helpful. From application to move in it only took a week. I chose Amano site unseen and I am not disappointed. I’ve been living here a few weeks and absolutely love it! If you love amenities and thoughtful apartment features this is the place for you. Where else can you end your day with a complimentary beer or wine on tap!
