For consumer protection, I have to write this review. This company literally told you potential buyer is not encouraged to be there the first hour of inspection as if the presence of buyer is going to interfere the inspection! How they protect their inspector like a bud in early spring In All, they just to make money in the shortest amount of time, throw you a 50 page report And the seller stuff things in the oven, the inspector didn't bother the seller to ask for removal of items in the oven. So, he just skip the oven. I wouldn't recommend this one. Avoid this inspector! Throw
