Rumney Flats

I've lived in Rumnerflats for about 4 years. I love living here. The building is clean, maintenance is always up to date, and when something breaks and you tell them, they fix it. The building is well located; we have several supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby. The price is a little expensive, but that's the price you have to pay to live in a good place like this... There's no mess here, and no troublemakers either. I only have good things to say about this place.

Great experience overall. Communication throughout the process was excellent and very responsive. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Everything was exactly as expected and just as it was described. Jack, in particular, was great to work with professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Very happy with the apartment and the entire move-in experience.

It’s relatively clean, staff and maintenance are friendly and accommodating. We enjoy residing here. The only thing that can be improved on are residents picking up after their dogs. Excrement in front/on the side of the property—especially for the 83 building—is not a good look and is inconsiderate of others. I wish staff would try to enforce that rule a bit more, they have trash cans for pet waste all around the property too. Otherwise, a very nice place to live. Beautiful if you can get rooms with windows facing east or west.

Great extremely clean quilt place to live office staff and maintenance staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Also any maintenance issues you may have the maintenance department responds very quickly and fixes the issue you may have completely immediately and properly. All the staff that works here are very professional. And will help you with any issue or problem that arises Which actually, i've been here six years and really haven't had any issues in only two or three maintenance issues.Very minor issues.Also I would definitely recommend living here to family.And friends and acquaintances

Since the very first contact, my experience with this building has been excellent! The office team is amazing — always very attentive, helpful, and professional. They gave me all the support I needed during the moving process, answered all my calls, and patiently clarified every question I had. I also received many useful tips that made my transition much easier. I’m really happy I chose to live here and I highly recommend this building!
