Matt is a great guy, and will work with you as much as possible. I highly recommend Rudolph if your in the market for a quick sell. The process from start to finish was very easy, and everything was taken care of. I am extremely happy, and would definitely use Rudolph again if the need ever arises. I had plenty of time to move after closing, just be sure to discuss this up front. Definitely in the home buying business, and not making anyone homeless business. We cannot begin to say what a great experience we had with Matt at Rudolph The Home Buyer! I called on a Saturday evening and had an offer that day! I then spoke to Matt about an issue we were having with a realtor and he gave me honest advice. That is rare in this day and age, so we appreciate it. I have no doubt that Matt would be honest about whether it's best to utilize his business when selling a home. The entire deal was closed in under three weeks. Furthermore, we are over the road truck drivers and it was set up for the notary to meet us where we were instead of having to come all the way home to sign the paperwork. Super impressive! I had a family member out of country that needed to offload a property had been neglected for years. I inquired with several “we buy houses” people/companies on their behalf & Rudolph the Home Buyer is the only one that made a fair offer for the property.
