RTI Property Management

Horrible office staff. Will make you late on your payments. Their electronic payment system is horrible to begin with. To make matters worse, you cannot bring your payment into the office. You have to mail it to Arizona, we are in Michigan. AND it is a PO box so you cannot do it registered mail or ups to make sure they get it. AND the person gave me the wrong PO box and I wound up getting 2 checks back. AND this caused more late fees. SO, if yo are considering them, ask they how they do their payments. It is so backwards I don't know why anyone would do business with them.

Only giving them 1 star because NO stars is not an option. What a joke of a property management company. They charge homeowners illegally. They will not respond to emails or return phone calls. They will not see you if stopped in their office to discuss issues. The outward harassment and discrimination towards our family has been outrageous. 0/10 would not recommend.

One of the worst HOA we have dealt with. Complete mis management, people there are not coordinated and keep asking for the same information again and again, and when we talk to them and say we have already forwarded the infoamtion, they are rude and hang up the phone. For example, we sent the documents to Lara, have a confirmation from her that they have everything they need, and when we try explaining this to Kezia, she hung up on us. Unprofessional!!

I thought our old property management company was bad, but somehow RTI has me nostalgic for them. The owner, Brian, is our property manager, and unless it’s about collecting the HOA fee, he is unwilling to assist. I had a prior neighbor that was constantly blasting music and honking his car horn all night. Despite having video from my security cameras, Brian told me he didn’t see anything wrong with it. I had another neighbor with dementia just start cussing me out as I was getting out of my car because I didn’t give him a cigarette. I sent the video to Brian, concerned not just for myself but for this guy if he started yelling at the wrong person. Brian didn’t care at all and just said “I don’t see anything that violates the bylaws.” When I followed up and said that this is a safety issue

Speaking as a resident of Southridge Condominiums, RTI has consistently provided great maintenance services. The grounds are well-kept throughout the year, and their crews are always visible when attention is required for snow and ice removal. They definitely deserve five stars (or more). Plus, the office staff is always helpful and responsive if/when called. Many thanks to RTI - you are appreciated!
