Town Commons Apartments

The management of this place is great. They are on top of everything. Typically if we have an issue it is fixed in the next day. Our water heater was broken and they had left keys to shower in an empty apartment. I locked myself out of my room and they came to let me in really quickly. They are also very good and fast at clearing off the roads and sidewalks in the winter. The only thing I wish is for the price that they had more amenities such as a small do park or a better gym. But overall it is great.

Kristen is a great manager who is very attentive, and maintenance was always very punctual. Great neighborhood feel with tons of nice neighbors. As far as apartments go, you can't beat the price/sq. ft. And you're getting a great quality of life in a nice town to boot.

Been here 3 months and love it! Kristen is wonderful and so is Mark. The complex is wonderful to walk and there are many parks. Every thing is maintained well. Can’t imagine moving some where else.

Not nearly as many ghosts in this place compared to where I was staying also zero matress spiders or red blinking nose hornets
