Burwick Farms Apartment Homes

Burwick Farms is a beautiful property! I called to ask a few questions and Jess and the assistant manager answered all of them in a timely manner. Im looking to put an application in beginning of March when current lease ends.

By far the best apartment community I have lived in. Every part of the staff that I have had to talk to has been extremely professional and very helpful. The property manager Shawn has been great. The leasing agent Lindsay did an amazing job with answering every question that I had. I had one little problem in the apartment and they took care of it immediately Andrea, the maintenance person was very good about communicating with me what the issue was how they’re going to fix it and when. I would definitely recommend this community.

We absolutely love it here! Our air conditioner wasn't working, and we filled out a maintenance order after hours. The maintenance crew showed up first thing the next morning and had it fixed within minutes. My family all suffers from severe allergies. We can't even open the door or windows on cooler days to escape the heat because of the cottonwood and pollen in the air. You are lifesavers! We appreciate all of the staff that works here. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!

I have lived here for over a year and 1/2, I am very happy with the entire rental experience. If I email a maintenance problem, Chuck is always the one to come immediately! He is friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable with any problem I have faced. I have only had a few but Chuck always follows through to make sure the problem is fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Burwick Farms to anyone looking for a nice good size apartment that you can make feel like your home!💕

I have been here right at 5 years, and have enjoyed every minute. It all started with my black lab "Beauty" and she really enjoyed the grounds until I lost her at 16 years old. The experience for both of us felt a lot like my home up north. Shawn and the entire staff have always been there and are attentive to the business of managing. Everything was maintained when needed. I was really attracted to the up north feel with so many large mature trees and the views out my 2nd floor window. I will miss this place. I am relocating to Florida.
