I live at the Aspen apartments in Whitehall and have been there since before they brought the building. My car was towed from the parking lot because I don't have a parking permit, but I dont have one because they never gave me one. The lady in the rent office insisted that they put on in front of my door. Only to realize my information was never put into the system. Now I have to pay 400$ to get my car back and they say there is nothing they can do to correct their mistake. No consideration for their tenants or family.

Aspen in whitehall is a disaster it hurt to put 1 star
Crappy shifty people tbh my apartment had no door knobs or shades in the 2 bedrooms and they then wouldn’t give me my mailbox key or my parking pass for about a week when they stated they would do so
