Unfortunately, the people who work in this apartment complex need to take a course or something to learn how to communicate with people because they truly treat the residents of these apartments like animals. You can't complain about anything because they think you're begging or asking for handouts, even though the rent in this apartment complex is quite expensive compared to other places that might even have a pool and offer better service. Here, the treatment we receive is like we're garbage. I've been living in this apartment complex for two years, and it was the worst decision I've ever made. They're so clever that they don't even offer six-month or twelve-month leases anymore—they used to, but because of the way they treat people, they've realized that everyone moves out within a mont

Jenkintown Gardens is a very quiet and affordable place to live. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. The property manager, Irene, is always very helpful and responsive — she truly cares about the residents and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to call home!

I’ve resided here for the past four years, and it’s been an overall positive experience. My children attend a fantastic school district, and my neighbors are incredibly friendly and quiet. The property is well-maintained, and maintenance requests are promptly and professionally handled. The maintenance man, Richard, has proven to be well educated and knows and can fix any and all problems. The office manager, Irene is also quick to respond to any issues that may arise. My only complaint is the absence of a playground for my kids to play in. However, I have been lucky to find playgrounds very close by for my children.

This community is wonderful! Safe, clean, and welcoming. Lana goes above and beyond to take care of residents and it shows.
