Absolutely horrid experience as a tenant. I applied to a BHHS property under Talia Levi as the listing agent. It took 10 days to even get a lease. I signed immediately. I requested wire instructions but they insisted on checks ASAP, despite the fact they had not counter-signed the agreement. I raised this as a flag but I sent the checks overnight for fear of losing the apartment, as they made it clear to my realtor that I would. They let my agent know that night they're cancelling because I was "difficult" about not wanting to send thousands in checks via the mail without a counter signed agreement. We suspect she found another tenant and wants the commission. Avoid at any cost. Nothing but difficulties. Red flags everywhere.

I had great service from Tim Orenbuch. Tim was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process. He was able to successfully navigate the process of buying my first home through FHA 203K renovation loan which requires more documentation and work. I found that Tim always gave me honest advice and felt confident he was looking out for me. I highly recommend!
