We have lived at Meadowbrook for 3 years now. We love it here’. The staff is very responsive to our calls for service and address issues promptly.

They should be ashamed of themselves. I can only imagine how a place like this could prey on more vulnerable folks. My mom is looking for an apartment (Warrington Crossings - Lindy Property). We went and decided it was a nice enough place and disclosed she wanted a 6 month to potentially 12 month lease. We confirmed which apartment she wanted and worked with the staff (Nicole) on next steps. She said she would send us the necessary paperwork but it wouldn't be til the morning to run the background check, etc ($75 dollars). No problem. The next morning, we get the email, they took the $75 and ran the check and told my mom she was approved but the apartment was no longer available, it had been rented "Sunday night". So they took the (non-refundable) application fee to run the credit

Meadowbrook Apartment management brags about their "awards." They must be self-bestowed. The only thing going for this place is the spaciousness and free parking. I loved it here for the first few months. Now I would not recommend the place. I moved into a renovated, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, first floor apartment in January 2020. I loved it for a while, but over the last three years these experiences have soured me on being here: 1. When I moved in, there was a heap of trash outside my living room window that included a dead squirrel, discarded bricks, large rocks and related debris. I submitted multiple maintenance requests. The front of the 539-unit complex is beautifully landscaped and looks lovely so prospective tenants think management cares. But if you leave in the rear of the property,

I’ve been at the Gateway/Enclave for almost two years. When I first moved in my experience was pleasant, I was relieved with the inclusive annebties and outdoor recreation. However, the leasing staff and new building manager are completely rude and are vague about fees, maintenance requests, and just have been overall rude. They also do not stay current with exterminating, summer they attract some sort of “oak tree” bug that comes in masses. These were in my apartment but the dozens and it took weeks for them to remove. You can not increase your heat in the winter, and I have ongoing issues with our bathroom.
